Welcome Navarre Miya!

Hello, friends!

Some of you may have known that I've been on the hunt for a while to find the perfect team member to join our women's health, pediatrics, and family oriented practice. I'm delighted to introduce you to just the right fit -- Navarre Miya!

I've known Navarre for several years and was impressed from the beginning with her calm and caring presence as well as the way she and her kids interacted with each other. You learn a lot about someone's character by seeing how they are with their family members!

Navarre will be working Fridays (until 7pm!) starting next week, January 27th.

I've been drawn to Navarre because she has a deep background in both women's health and pediatrics with past work in home birth midwifery, natural/ancestral parenting, herbalism, and traditional food ways and nutritional studies. Her passions include treating, educating, and empowering children and their families on their healing journeys using Shonishin, or traditional Japanese pediatric acutherapies. She also has long loved supporting birthing families and elders.

In her free time, Navarre delights in gardening and spending time with plant medicine, adventuring around the Bay Area with her homeschooled children, and contemplative practices in nature.

Meet Navarre!

Navarre begins work at Inspire on Friday, January 27th. You can book sessions with her here.

I am so thrilled to collaborate with her in the coming months. Please welcome her when you see her!

With love,
Janet
