I'm excited to be offering a slew of free educational opportunities in the coming months, many in partnership with amazing healers. The short version is:

Treating Dyslexia and Other Learning Difficulties
Starting later this month I'll be periodically hosting Amy Wheeler, from Los Angeles Brain Integration, in the Oakland clinic. She'll be providing acupressure- and neuroscience-based healing treatments for both children and adults with dyslexia and other learning challenges.
Are you curious to know more about how her therapies work? Join us for a Zoom call on Saturday July 18th at 10 am to learn more! Amy will give a brief overview of what she does and answer any questions. The session will be recorded if you can't make it on the 18th. Contact Amy here to register or request a recording.

These offerings are for transforming old emotions to enable new beginnings; moving from fear into love; and reducing anxiety through the five senses.
Sunday, July 11th from 10-11am PDT: Love Yourself and Others Through Change and Transition
Join Courtney Dillon, Intuitive Channel and Soniyah Singh, Relationship Coach for Table Talks, a series of classes sharing the wisdom and teaching of Dr. Wayne Dyer and Louise Hay. In this class you will learn how to move from a state of fear into a state of love. Courtney and Soniyah will discuss how to change your thoughts from critical to loving, and grounding practices to lead to self-love. Navigate this time of change from a centered place. Sunday, July 12th from 4:30-5:30pm PDT: Transform and Ground Old Emotions to Embody a New Direction. Join me with my colleague, reiki master and teacher Tamara Nakhjavani, for a free acupressure and reiki webinar focused on releasing old emotions (grief, bitterness, frustration, and accumulated emotional waste) to promote trust, confidence, and clarity in moving in a new direction. We will provide information about how reiki and acupressure support robust health and will support your healing with a guided acupressure series and a grounding reiki session. Saturday, August 8th from 10-11am PDT: Reduce Anxiety Through the Five Senses -- Practical Tools for Kids & Parents. Join me for a free webinar to learn easy ways to reduce anxiety for yourself or your family members based on the five senses. Learn about:
1) What happens to your body when you have anxiety;
2) How "resetting the nervous system" releases anxiety;
3) Anxiety relief through the five senses: touch (acupressure), smell (plant oils), sight (visual relief), taste (herbal remedies), and hearing (background sounds);
4) How to put these tips into practice; and
5) Q&A.

Self-Care for Moms
My wise and supportive colleague Lorie Solay from Solay Creative has just launched a three-month coaching program designed to help moms create more self-care, stop stressing out, and start feeling more joyful. As Lorie says -- "Find your self-care groove so you can STOP worrying, feeling overwhelmed and taking on too much... AND, START feeling more vibrant, relaxed and in control, so you can take back some time in your days and greet each day with joy and enthusiasm."
