Embracing New Beginnings
Hello, friends!
Welcome to 2019! I hope you're feeling invigorated and full of energy to implement the life changes that will serve and support you in the new year.
I'll be sharing some news about new offerings in the clinic in the coming weeks. In the meantime, I wanted to celebrate another kind of new beginning -- the upcoming arrivals from the soon-to-be-mamas currently receiving care in the clinic!
There are a number of ways in which acupuncture can support this most profound of new beginnings:
Studies show that acupuncture can help alleviate nausea during pregnancy.
Acupuncture is a non-invasive method of pain relief, suitable during pregnancy for help with back pain, hip pain, neck and shoulder pain, and other pains due to stretched ligaments.
Acupuncture and moxibustion are commonly used to help turn babies that are lodged in the breech position, as well as to induce labor when it's time for the little one to arrive.
Acupuncture can also support overall pregnancy health by reducing symptoms of heartburn, insomnia, anxiety, hypertension, and other related ailments.
You can let your pregnant friends, wives, and family members know that safe, non-invasive relief is available for them during pregnancy -- allowing them to celebrate their new arrivals feeling strong and healthy.
With love,
Janet
